| 0:55.8 | traditional power-led management style and replaced it with the servant leadership model. |

| 1:08.3 | As a result, Datron grew from a $10 million company to a $200 million |
| 1:12.9 | company in just six years. And in order to spread his mission of servant leadership, |
| 1:19.3 | Art founded the Servant Leadership Institute in 2008. And since its inception, the institute has |
| 1:25.2 | developed a powerful curriculum with over 45 hours of training, |
| 1:29.4 | more than half a dozen books and booklets, as well as webinars, podcasts, and articles, |
