Before I get into some of the content today, I really wanted to share a couple things that feel really exciting to me, which is, one, you may have heard, you may have heard

the Embodiment Institute. For those of you who don't know, I'm a somatic practitioner. Maybe you

don't know that. Maybe you've never heard that. But I do somatics. I do embodiment work. I do trauma

healing work. And we are doing a big training this year, May 6th

out here in North Carolina where I live and the applications are open right now.
