Today's mini is about August micro delights.

End of August, how is it even possible?

Let's get right to it.

The first micro delight I want to share is a recipe.

So I am always on the hunt for desserts that can

feed a crowd during the summer. And my new favorite is even no bake, which is even better because,

oh my goodness, the heat and humidity this summer. I came across this recipe after literally

Googling desserts you can make in a 9 by 13 pan,

and I also wanted to make something that felt a little lighter, given the aforementioned

absurd heat and humidity.

Violet and I made Martha Stewart's no-bake blueberry cheesecake, and it was divine, less

dense and less sweet than a regular cheesecake, and it was divine, less dense and less sweet than a regular cheesecake,

and it had a mix of blueberry compote and fresh blueberries to further lighten things up,

and then a few little mint accents from our little garden box.

I think this recipe would also work really well in individual muffin tin cups. And honestly, after making this,
