My good friend, Angie Choi, Angie and I met several years ago for well before I moved to New York.

moment in time and I'm just so grateful for you and our friendship and several years ago when

we were both living in New York we would meet up every Wednesday and meditate together

in the middle of the day, in the middle of the week,

in the middle of the city, literally.

And it was this really beautiful alone time with others.

but we would have this catch up of our week.
