So I found the advice about three-breath meditation to be particularly useful, because it's something I can do at work.

You know, oftentimes I get hit with an email or a text or something, and I'm like, you know, immediately I'm like, ah,

the anxiety level rises. And so three breaths is like a 30 second come down and puts me in the right space to continue. Fantastic. And sometimes I found it very useful to take a three-breaths journey
