So hello, hello, everyone.

Lovely to be with you in this moment in time, in this passing moment in time.

The theme I like to bring in for meditation, for contemplation, today in this session,

is the theme of gentle curiosity,

gentle curiosity, of course, wrapped in kindness,

when there are challenges, when there are challenges,

because there are so many different ways.

We can work with challenging

mind and heart states when the heart feels heavy and challenging when you know the mind is

thoughts or maybe the body challenges in the body.

And there are some skillful and there are some not so skillful ways.

And one of the skillful ways, there are many skillful ways,

one of the skillful ways is to allow there to be curiosity, gentle interest,

which can support mindfulness, which can support gentleness and meta.

So I want to lean into that because usually what we tend to do here in this happy hour, we tend to meet

difficulty and challenge with meta, which is great when you meet difficulty, pain,

sorrow, with meta, that's compassion practice, right?

Suffering plus goodwill is compassion. So I'm inviting us to bring also some

curiosity, some interest. And I will unpack this in the guided meditation if it doesn't make sense.
