Maybe you even came to that realization yesterday in our reflective meditation.

But no matter what you've gone through this year, it's important to remember that every experience serves a purpose in life.

The highs help us appreciate and savor the good times, and the lows help us grow and learn from our challenges.

So as we reflect on the year that's just passed,

let's take a moment to cultivate gratitude for everything that's happened.

Let's be thankful for the people who have supported us

and the people who've challenged us.

For the moments of joy and connection that we've shared,
