Around the holidays, food becomes a huge topic, at least for me and my family it does.

Where we eat and what we are always major points of discussion.

To be clear, I am a food fan.

I can pretty much eat anything, except for oysters and the occasional challenge where

we have to eat something really disgusting.

But other than that, eating food is like a hobby for me.

But during this time of year, it's really stressful trying to create a healthy relationship

with food.
