It's finally that moment where we get to say goodbye to 2020.

Seriously, I have never been more excited to visualize a new set of numbers.

2021 looks so fucking good.

And I know that I'm not the only one that thinks that.

In order to fully move forward, we have to say goodbye to the past.

If we want to be our best selves stepping into 2021, we have to acknowledge the pain that

we've experienced as a collective and personally in 2020.

We have to accept it, forgive it, learn from it, and grow from it.

So in the beginning of this episode, we're going to focus on that.

And when we're done, I'm going to talk about how important it is to build self-trust

this year.

Because if you're setting goals like I am, it's going to be very hard to accomplish them without it.

But first and foremost, let's address the things that the world has suffered from.

In January, Australia suffered from horrific wildfires and millions of acres of land were

burned.

On January 28th, Kobe and Gigi Bryant died in a sudden helicopter crash.

In February, COVID-19 rapidly took control of our planet sending the world into a massive

lockdown, economic crisis, and increased the death toll.

In March, the murder of George Floyd sent countless citizens to march in the streets and

protest for black rights.
