| 1:26.9 | epitome of mindful eating knowing that the choices I'm making are causing the least amount of harm possible. It's not no harm |
| 1:36.1 | because there's going to be impact no matter what I do because I'm alive, but it's reduced harm and that is the best thing we can do. |
| 1:46.4 | And so that is a great comfort and to me that's a that's foundational, |
| 1:52.0 | but there's still so much more we can do in order to bring |
| 1:56.0 | consciousness and compassion and mindfulness to our food and to our eating. |
