My rich millionaire friend literally dined and dashed in the middle of our lunch date, leaving me and my girlfriend with a bill that we literally could not pay for. And I am seriously pissed off at the way they ditched us right when we needed them the most. Here's what happened. So I've grown up with very little spending money. So this was a really strange situation for me. My girlfriend at the time was best friends with this girl who was the

daughter of the largest newspaper company in my area. So to say that he was rich is an understatement.

He had a beachfront property right in the heart of Coco Beach and her mansion is where we met her

to go out for this girl's birthday lunch. I wanted my girlfriend have a good date still. So I was

very clear. I was only paying for my girlfriend and myself

before we made plans even. Well, when we get our bills all separated like we talked about, everything was

going great. We were laughing, talking about plans afterwards, going back to the girls' house for a pool

party, etc. But this is when she says they left their wallets in the car and would be right back. Well, 30 minutes later,

and they're nowhere to be found. It's just me and my girl sitting and waiting. I paid my tab,

a pizza and two drinks, like maybe $35. And including the tip, I spent about $50. I only had about

$100 to start, and I figured that's plenty for a lunch date. Well, the other two ordered two

appetizers that they didn't share, each costing about $15. They also had two steak entrees at $50,

and they had drinks. So their tab alone was closer to like $100 after taxes. So we sat another

few minutes trying to call, as the waiter gently asked us to get up and sit at the bar, since obviously they wouldn't let us leave until the bill was paid. I only had $50 cash with no credit cards or debits, and for a long time, I was a cash only person. In fact, my girlfriend didn't even bring any cash either. I talked with the waiter and he lets my girlfriend walk back to the car to see what's taking them so long, and it's then that we found out that they left us, and they're the ones that drove us. She then comes back and is like, yeah, they left, and they're not answering their phones. I then had to call a buddy of mine to cover the bill and give us a ride back to get my truck from their mansion. And I'm lucky I had a good friend, and honestly, they came in clutch. And this friend was really pissed off. After he dropped me off, he did donuts in their gravel parking lot, throwing rocks onto multiple different high-end vehicles before speeding off. So yeah, that's how I got left on hold for a bill for some stuck up entitled millionaire, which is something I won't forget anytime soon. Dude, if you do not like blast these people on

social media in some kind of way, then I just don't think you're living life the way you should.

Because this kind of behavior, especially from someone who can afford to like pay for their lunch,

is absolutely unacceptable. The moment that happened, I would have been like, okay, let's jump on

Instagram, let's jump on Facebook, let's go to every major platform and be like, oh look, my millionaire friends decided to dine and dash at my expense. Like, dude, are you kidding me right now? I would not only stop being their friend, but I would go on a parade of ruining the reputation. I would be screaming this from the freaking rooftops, bro. There's no way you're going to do that to me and get away

with it. So yeah, let this be a lesson learned that those people absolutely suck. And I really hope
