So instead of just saying, well, we're having to react to this crisis, is it the perfect reaction?

I wish we were having a conversation about how can we put ourselves in a position?

So the next time that we are responding and Lord help us maybe even preventing the next crisis,

instead of deciding whether our reaction to the current crisis is perfect.
