you can go to CrossFit classes with Mike or you could get a band, you know, and start doing

some band work at home. You could do a whole load of things. But what we thought we'd do is if every

week we came up with three simple exercises that you can do, you don't have to go to a gym, you can

do them at home in the privacy of your of your house, so you can wear whatever you want whilst

you're doing it, you could be in your running kit, your underwear, I don't know, totally up to you, but as long as you do it, that's the main thing, hang?
