And I want to read this to you. I'm actually going to stop walking for a moment because I'm

walking on a road. There's no sidewalk here and you can tell there's traffic. And so I just want to

225 pounds to 160 pounds in less than two years when I started my commitment to walking

daily. Love this. Mike, thanks for sharing your story. I want to pull out some some takeaways

from Mike's story. And I've got eight here and I'm walking once again

Mike started small with a mile a day which is about 20 minutes of walking a day and for some

2:15.3

2:23.2

Really small depends on what you have the time to do, what you have the capacity to do.

2:29.1

For some, starting small might be simply walking to the end of the driveway and back, doing that every day.

2:37.0

So start small.
