It's self-time, I think, summer. I mean, I see some people, you know, people take the summer off and also, you know, if you're on Instagram, don't worry. No one else is going to fuss if you're not posting on Instagram for a few weeks.

You don't want to be able to say it. It's the funniest thing though, isn't it, saying your own name? Yeah, I'll tell you very funny thing quickly. I went to the podiatrist and whoever this was might be listening to this episode. There was a lady sitting outside waiting for me to leave and I was chatting to the podiatrist about my art and then I left and this lady apparently went in and said,

Was that lady an artist?

Yeah, she is. She's got a podcast, my doctor said.

And so the lady said, not art juice, I listened to that.

So she said, I wish I'd known who it was.

So anyway, she didn't recognize my voice clearly, but whoever you were, I'm sorry we didn't get to chat

while I was in the podiatrist.

So this week's topic we want to talk about. We're actually almost halfway through the year and this is coming out on the summer solstice.

So we felt it would be appropriate to do some reflection about how the year's been going and

maybe what we've learned and what we'd like to take into the second half of the year.

But before we get to that, what have you been up to this week, Alice?

Well, funny that you relate it back to the summer solstice because that's exactly why I thought I would do this kind of free refresh retreat event that I've been doing online. It's finished now so too late for you to come and join it but it's basically it was around those ideas stopping, pausing, considering what's next.

And I have just been all in on that.
