Hello friends welcome back to the podcast. We have officially reached the halfway point of

0:13.5

season four and it is time for us to do a little recap of my favorite episodes from this season.

0:20.0

Doing three episodes a week means some of the favorite episodes do get lost so we're bringing

0:24.1

them back to make sure they get heard and seen. So that will be the second and third weeks of

0:29.1

July. We're dedicating all of our episodes to making sure some of the best ones get heard

0:36.0

and our regular programming will resume July 24th. As always it's an absolute joy to create this

1:38.8

blinds and the dogwood trees and my yard there's two of them were in full bloom like completely

1:46.6

opened overnight and I don't know why that's so exciting to me. It was just so fun to see them go

1:55.7

from just nothing barely even like buds to being fully awake and alive the very next day like

2:04.6

mind blown. It was so cool to notice. I've been moving so fast my whole life you know that like

2:11.1

noticing these things is relatively new to me. I really think that started for me during the

2:16.4

pandemic because I was home every day and I was trying to breathe life into my existence and

2:24.1

so I started to really notice nature for probably the very first time and so yeah I still feel
