For today's prophecy update, I want to focus in on the significance of all that's happened

in just the first 15 days of the new year. I have to say that if the first 15 days or any indication of what's in store for 2017,

we might want to tighten our spiritual seat belts because I think

we're in for a really, really rough ride. I think it's always unwise for any of us to make

any predictions, but I think we would do well to make some biblical observations from which

to draw some intelligent conclusions. That's what I want to do today. And I want to begin with

what is arguably the most significant prophetic development of the new year,

which is that of this unprecedented UN resolution and the Paris Peace Summit that is taking

place as we speak. Actually I got up at 4 o'clock this morning, went to my news feeds, because it would have been already towards the end of the day in France.

And it was really interesting, I didn't really find much.

So before I came up as we were worshipping, I went to Twitter, I still worshipped, but I can multitask. I went to Twitter

and it was really interesting. Prime Minister of Israel I subscribe to and follow, said, quote,

the goal of the conference is to try and force terms on Israel that conflict with our national needs.

And then another tweet shortly after, the conference convening in Paris today is a useless

conference. It is being coordinated between the French and the Palestinians. Ambassador

Danone said and tweeted the hashtag

Paris conference is so detached from reality that it has extended a hand

towards Palestinian obstructionism instead of towards peace. I'll read just

maybe one or two more here. Rather than, this is Ambassador

Danone, rather than advancing a joint effort to battle global terrorism, the conference focus,

and I want you to pay attention to this word, obsessively on Israel. Now, that was what happened today. On Monday, Haaretz published an
