A grand jury has formally indicted Dr. Michael McKee for the execution-style murders of his ex-wife, Monique Tepe, and her husband, Dr. Spencer Tepe, a dentist.

Five felony counts. It was two murders, so why five felony counts? We're going to get into that, including using a firearm with a suppressor and prosecutors are signaling this wasn't just murder.

It was premeditated and planned out.
