Tonight's true crime story does not begin in a courtroom, but rather halfway around the world from where I'm sitting right now.

I am in Miami Beach, but we're talking about a death all the way in Sydney, Australia.

Her name is Kate Whiteman, and she's one of the first, if not the first women to ever accuse the Alexander brothers of sexual assault

allegations. Her death is now under investigation. No cause released questions arising everywhere.

And this, just as the justice system, finally prepares to put the Alexander brothers on trial in federal court in New York

City on January 26th with the start of jury selection. This tragedy has now become

And it regards the Alexander brothers and their federal sex trafficking case now just days away from trial.

And this, just as prosecutors, add a brand new charge.

And also, as you just heard, one of the first accusers, if not the first accuser, is found dead. So let's just start with what

happened. Then I'll take you all the way back to how this case exploded and where it stands right

now, what to look for as the trial begins on January 26. So Kate Whiteman, a 45-year-old Aussie social life from Australia.

She, again, is one of the first women, if not the first woman, to sue Orne and Alone, Alexander back in March of 2024.
