Timothy Busfield is the actor best known for appearing in the show 30-something and then West Wing. There was a detention ruling. Of course, he has been accused on SA charges of minor children. We're going to get to what the judge said, what the prosecution had to say, what the defense actually accomplished today, and the optics that might be haunting this case going forward.
