Good. I'm excited. We have a great guest, Gary. You want to introduce him? Yes. Gary,

they have a short bio on me. I can go for a long time on this bio, but Gary's

44 years old. He's married seven years with two young boys ages four and two. Gary lives in

Chicago. He was an U.S. Army veteran from 1992 to 2000. He was a residential mortgage loan officer

for 19 years prior to transitioning full-time into

multifamily.

I want to dive into Gary's transition into multifamily.

So he decided in early 2018 that he needed an exit plan from his W-2 job.

He discovered multifamily investing a little over a year ago, and now he's in contract

for a 50-unit property with

joint venture partner and is expected to close soon. Gary, welcome to the show.
