You know, runners love to give advice to other runners, and they love to support

and encourage one another even more. I cannot even imagine any group that would be more supportive

or encouraging to their peers and to new runners as well. I train a huge group of runners. I train with

a huge group of runners. I administer a Facebook group with over 2,800 members, and I have coached

individuals and groups representing widely divergent skill levels. That puts me in a position to hear

and see advice given and received many times, sometimes many times even in one run or in one day.
