Hi, this is Debbie Boyles, coach at Mojo for Running with podcast number, wait for it.

0:12.0

100.

0:13.5

Right, 100.

0:15.0

Amazing.

0:15.8

I am super, super excited to be crossing that milestone to be actually on my 100th episode. And I want to

0:23.1

thank all of you for listening in. Today, I have listener stories for you, as I promised. But before we

0:29.3

get into that, I thought I'd mentioned some of the topics I've got lined up for the next few

0:33.7

episodes and then a little bit of background about this podcast. In the next weeks,

0:38.3

we'll talk about race courses, how they're measured, cutting the tangents, etc., race etiquette and

0:44.5

track etiquette, how to maneuver efficiently and safely through an aid station, and several episodes

0:50.6

about various forms of cross-training. If you have specific questions about any of those topics,

0:57.1

please send them along to Deb at mojo for running.com. I started this podcast in 2009, but you

1:18.4

which meant there was no way for me to get stats to find out how many people were downloading it,

1:23.1

how many people were listening. And contrary to what most people think, iTunes does not supply podcasters

1:29.3

with any stats. I didn't know if 20 people were listening or 2,000 or more. And the only way to get

1:35.9

those stats was to move my podcast and website to WordPress. I did that in March of 2014, and that's why

1:43.4

the dates all start then in iTunes.

1:46.2

When I saw the first stats, I was shocked that I was getting 3,000 downloads a week,

1:51.7

and that number has since grown to 8,000 per week.

1:55.4

I'm also able to see the location of the listeners.
