Hi, this is Debbie Boyle's coach at Mojo for Running with podcast number 101, etiquette for runners.

This episode is not about which fork to use or how to fold your napkin, but it is about something extremely important.

Let's talk about how to interact with other runners and non-runners in a race, out on the road,

and around the track. First, if you think you'd enjoy working with me toward a new goal,

a new race distance, just a quick reminder that I have the

and then 12 weeks, I'm sorry, and then continue on to the first half program, which picks up

where the 10K program leaves off. I don't promote this program very often, but it is a very detailed program that's growing all the time with specific workouts for every day of the week.

And it includes membership in a private Facebook group just for other people training for the same race distance.

That gives you an opportunity to ask questions of me every day because I check in to the Facebook

groups several times a day and I post informative and motivational content there.
