Andy Martino is tanned and sitting right next to me.

Everybody says I look tanned and rested. And what I've learned is people equate tan with rested.

They do.

There's no equivalence.

I'm fortunate that I was in Florida for two weeks.

It was great, productive, busy.

But I'm not rested.

I'm not complaining.

How did the process of your tan happen?

If it didn't happen, well, here's the thing.

People equate tanning and resting together because a lot of times they happen.

Yes, but they say I ran into a neighbor at the train station just an hour or so ago, and she goes, you look tanned and rested.

And I'm thinking, I played along. I was like,

sure, I'm rested. But I'm not rested. Well, how did the tan happen? Standing on baseball fields.

At no point on the trip, were you horizontal under the sun? Never for one second. Okay. That's

interesting. I've never gotten a tan from like working. I don't think.

Well, you've never done this. I'm an indoor cat. I was going to say, I mean, you're,

you're you're you're, you're, you're, it's your role in life. You're good at it. But that's

what you, there's not enough sunblock in the world. keep you. That spring training tan, and it was hot.

There are springs where Florida's like light jacket weather or worse.

This was like, okay, it's 89.
