Our next phase of evolution is what I call meta evolution.

Meta means beyond.

So what is evolution beyond the everyday reality

which is a human story?

First of all, you have to understand that we are creating the story that we call everyday reality that includes the reality that we call our body.

Our body is a story about shifting perceptions.

That's it.

Our mind is the interpretation of shifting perceptions.

That's it.

The universe is an interpretation of shifting perceptions.

Once you recognize this, then you understand what I've written a whole

book about. It's called You Are the Universe. You are the Universe means that you

are actually creating your version of reality that you call the universe.

Once you know how you do it, then you can deconstruct some of these stories because they're not useful,

and then you can create new stories that are useful.

Useful for what?

Useful so you can have a better experience of what we call life.

Life is a continuum of experiences woven into a story.

That's it. Our life is a continuum of experiences woven into a story.

We as consciousness embed ourselves in the story and then that story becomes

real for us and we call it mind-body universe. Mind-body universe are human

stories for human experiences interpreted by human beings
