Dawn obtained her Masters in Sports Psychology and since then has been helping her athletes conquer their minds while improving both performance and life. In this episode we’ll be getting into her experience combating anxiety and panic attacks, as well as the fundamentals of mindset training, and finally how to improve awareness and setting appropriate expectations for yourself.
