Separating truth from deception has become more difficult than ever. Many people are speaking and demanding their truth be heard. The truth is what is so badly needed in our world today. Sifting through lies and deception requires listening. Each time you sit down to meditate, you tap into your inner truth. The more you share your truth, the more integrity you add to the world.    This week, you'll be exploring truthfulness, from Pantanjali's Yoga Sutras. This is part of a collection of meditation series focused on honoring your truth. Now I want to ask you, how are you doing with your challenge this week? We are

at day four of our meditation theme. We're exploring the theme of truth. And this is the second Yama from the ancient

sage from India, Pantanjali, who is considered to have written the Yoga Sutras. Within the yoga Sutras, there is the branch of Yamas. Basically,

the sutras are all about how to create unity or union yoga in your life. And this is what we're striving so much for these days.
