In today's episode, you're going to be guided in the very first meditation and this is going to help you focus on what you are grateful for.

This mental clarity will allow you to select a few qualities you'd like to focus on throughout the week.

And every day you have a challenge just as you do in every week's series.

This is a quest you go on every single day to go a little more deeply into the week's theme.

Well, you're going on a gratitude quest.

So I encourage you to start a gratitude project.

And if you could keep a journal, notice at the beginning of your day what you're grateful for as you start your day.

And at the end of every day, notice what you were grateful for that day.

So start and end your day with gratitude.

If you don't keep a journal, no worries. Simply reflect on what you're grateful for as you start the day.

You'll be surprised by how you seek out what you're grateful for.

And as you end your day, this is a beautiful ritual to help you sleep better

because you focus on the good things that happened throughout your day.

So that is your daily challenge.
