| 0:49.0 | So, as you're guided in today's meditation, you will repeat an affirmation. |
| 0:58.0 | Affirmations are a powerful way to feel gratitude as well as to help you focus on what it is you want to bring into your life. |
| 1:10.0 | Affirmations are powerful statements that can give you that coveted and often difficult to achieve focus and mental clarity that you are seeking in life. |
| 1:24.0 | So, this is a way to feel more grateful for what you have in your life. |
| 1:30.0 | Your affirmation is I am grateful for my life exactly as it is. |
| 1:38.0 | Before I guide you in the meditation, I want to share with you again that your challenge for this week is to go on a daily gratitude quest where as you start your day, you think about what you're grateful for. |
| 1:57.0 | Think about maybe you're going to meet a friend and that makes you feel grateful or the weather is very nice and so you're feeling very grateful for some beautiful weather. |
| 2:11.0 | And as you end your day, focus on what you're grateful for for the day. |
| 2:19.0 | This might be something small such as maybe someone smile at you, a complete stranger, but it uplifted you. |
| 2:30.0 | Maybe you completed all your tasks and goals or had a great workout. |
| 2:37.0 | This is something you can feel grateful for and focus on it as you go to bed at night and as an additional part of your challenge, |
| 2:48.0 | I encourage you to repeat the affirmation for today. |
| 2:53.0 | In yesterday's episode, the focus was what are you grateful for and I encouraged you to select a few qualities about your life for which you're grateful. |
| 3:08.0 | In today's episode, as you repeat the affirmation, it's all about acceptance, accept yourself and your life exactly as it is. |
| 3:21.0 | So as you settle yourself down, straightening your spine to keep yourself alert, closing your eyes, gently elevating your eyes to that all important point between your eyebrows. |
