All right. My anonymous guest, welcome back for round two in the in the arena with me. How are you doing?

0:14.8

Doing great, Connor. Thank you for having me again. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. So I think we spoke,

0:20.8

what, a month and a half ago, two months ago.

0:23.0

It's been a, it's been a while since we had our first conversation. Get me caught up a little bit.

0:28.5

You initially came in and you were wanting to address feeling pretty stuck. And what do you

0:35.9

recall about our conversation in terms of the ground that we covered,

0:39.4

what stood out, and what did you take away from that sort of initial conversation session?

0:44.4

Well, what we touched upon is the difficulty for me of starting and being consistent with

0:52.7

doing things.

0:55.0

And we kind of touched upon the guardian of the threshold archetype that kind of

1:01.0

prevents me from taking early steps.

1:05.0

1:14.7

And that kind of heaviness in my legs that kind of keeps me protectively rooted to the ground,

1:22.2

I would say. That's the way I can describe it. And I didn't make that connection before, but after our call, I've noticed that

1:30.2

sensation in a various situation. And sometimes even small things, and even the feeling is just

1:37.3

smaller at that time, sensation is as much weaker, but I could definitely recognize it in daily life after our call. So that's,

1:46.0

that's definitely the biggest takeaway from our call. And my biggest struggle is how do I overcome it?

1:53.0

It's like, it's not a very pleasant experience, like feeling and it's, I mean, the body response is only part of it, but I'm sure

2:03.4

there's a lot of stuff going on to psychologically that I can't even fully understand yet.

2:09.8

Yeah, well, something that I've been talking more about, and this might just be helpful for our

2:13.9

conversation here and the people that are listening. It's one of those funny things

2:17.5

where I work with a lot of men who say a similar thing, right? I feel stuck. I feel like I know what I
