you understand why your self-esteem hasn't shifted through all the work that maybe you've done,

all the books that you've read, all the programs and courses that maybe you've embarked on.

I want to talk about one of the things that is at the very foundation of it that will help you make progress

quickly. The one thing that I think most people don't understand or talk about, which is that

when you lack self-worth, it actually requires reinforcement. It is not a state that is just consistent and stationary,

right? It actually requires reinforcement. So when you lack a sense of self-worth or self-esteem,

and you're like, I'm questioning whether or not I have value in this relationship or whether

I'm contributing to my work environment or I don't feel

confident about myself. All of that is not a consistent state. It's not like you're in this

low, shitty place all the time lacking self-esteem. It's actually that you lack self-esteem because

self-esteem. So let me explain. The reinforcement that happens that continues to reinforce that
