When we're little, we don't overthink things. We're brave, confident, we laugh and ask questions. And play. And play. So why stop there? Just because we're adults, it shouldn't mean we stop trying new things. For me, starting a career in early years has meant not just a new job, but new skills, new friends. Like me? Yes, and a new sense of purpose. All that and I can earn while I learn right here in London.

Hello there, Jenny Faulkner here, welcoming you back to RunPod.

And I love how many different runners we have from all backgrounds, all abilities, all shapes, all sizes.

We all know we love to run and we all want to fit it into our weekly schedule or our routines,

which is easier said than done sometimes because often it's difficult to fit that run-in. Work, life,

family, all get in the way. Many mums in particular would love to run more, but just can't seem to for many reasons.

So today I'm joined by someone who has created the world's largest running community for mums.

She's just keen to change how women feel about exercise forever.

This mum runs is an incredible community,

which aims, by the way, to have a million moms on board in the next couple of years,

and I'm sure they'll do it.

But yeah, I mean, we started when my son was just one years old and my daughter was four. She just started school. So it's almost like my third

baby that's been growing up alongside my children. That's how it feels sometimes. Oh, well, look,
