Sorry for missing last week with respect to the Meet the Nation.

That's what this is.

This Meet the Nation Monday.

That's where we call somebody who listens to the podcast

to get to know them a little bit better.

The reason why we didn't have one last week

was because I was putting on the sugar badger.

And that's kind of the proof of concept of all of this.

And that's when everybody gets together

and does the race and then

hangs out afterwards and talks and makes new friends and gets to know each

other and people cross that finish line who said that they're now new friends and they

had met at the race. All of that happens because of this and because you guys talk to each other and you guys do these,

meet the nations, and you create a community in the Facebook groups or wherever it is so I appreciate

that and if you want to do one of these short little interviews they're like 20
