Hey, everybody. This is going to be a meet the nation show meet the nation Monday and today

we're going to be talking to Trevor Meding. We also do a shout out to a local or own someone

that's in the nation's business or small business or something like that. And today we're

talking about trails of recovery. It's a project focused on individuals who are in active

addiction and recovery as well as families affected by addiction by breaking the stigma

of addiction and showing the healing powers of nature through hiking and running and being

active in general. There's a, I'm going to put a link to the Facebook group in here that

it also has a PayPal. You can learn all about it. But I think it's a, it's a really cool

project and it's someone that listens to the show. So it's a great community and the

Good. Um, where am I calling you? Where are you located? So I'm currently in Sugarland,

Texas, Southwest of Houston. Southwest of Houston. Woof. And even though there was anything

south of Houston, that seems like a south as you can get. Pretty much. Yeah, it's right

on the Southwest corner of the Houston, the tropolis. But half an hour from the, you know,

breath of spend course. Oh, have you ever run there? Yeah. Yeah. I ran there the last four

years since I've been here in Texas. Did we run into each other there? I did. I did. I

waived you on one of your loops there. Oh, waived me. But we didn't like run together

for like a half an hour while you told me your whole life story. And I'm going to ask all
