Hey guys, just a quick note before we get to this, which is a gang show, and an effort

to get the train back on the tracks.

I know these gang shows have gotten a little out of hand.

They've been a little offensive, a little sloppy.

This is my effort at trying to write that ship.

But before we continue, I just want to shout out, this is a good cause for you to help

out.

It's about the Swami Shuffle 200, raising money for Mission 22.

On February 28th, a group of 10 Juck Miles and Nation members, Jesse Canfield, Stephen

Fear of the Turtle Dense and Kevin Jordan, are going to be running the Swami Shuffle 200

miles from Virginia Beach to Cape Heteris Lighthouse in North Carolina and back.

They are three of 22 runners taking part in this race.

They're doing it to help raise awareness for the mental health needs of our veterans.

The number 22 is significant because we lose 22 veterans to suicide every day.

The race supports Mission 22, an organization that helps veterans struggling with PTSD

and depression.

Please consider a donation.
