As we kick off our coverage of this year's key races, we're calling it Meet the Midterms.

We're starting with Georgia because right now it is the swing state of swing states for

this year's Vos.

Last week President Biden and Vice President Harris came to Atlanta to remember Martin

Luther King, Jr., but also call for voting rights.

This week, at a chance to speak with voters and reporters about the state of play in Georgia

and here in Atlanta specifically.

So this week, we're going to hear from them first, some actual voters.

We'll pick things up with Jill Savitt as well.

She's the CEO of the Civil Rights Museum.

It's a great discussion about the history of voting rights in general and the integration

of Atlanta specifically, particularly in the professional class.
