Summary

Imagine yourself relaxing on a 48 foot catamaran that's anchored in a bay in the Mediterranean Sea. The shoreline is filled with cafe's and patios while the hill around the bay are illuminated by the homes that reside there. The water is calm and you can hear people in the Cafe's on the shoreline having a great time. You can also hear the seabirds that wait for a free meal from the returning fishing boats. Soon it will dark, the ship's fairy lights will come on and you will relax deeply until it's time for you to fall into a restful sleep.

Now, as we begin, take a moment to make sure you're in a place where you can get nice and comfortable and enjoy a deep restful sleep.

And when you're ready to begin to relax, simply allow your eyes to close now.

That's right. And with those eyes closed, I'm wondering if you can start to allow your body to relax by focusing on your breath.

Taking a deep breath in and filling your lungs with fresh air.

Then exhale slowly, allowing any tension or stress that was built up within you to leave your body with that outward breath.

And as you exhale, notice how your body sinks down into relaxation even further. Continue to breathe slowly and deeply at your own time and deeply. At your own time and pace. letting go of any negative thoughts or feelings that may have been lingering in your mind. Take a moment to continue to breathe in and out deeply and slowly,

and slowly, allowing your body to continue its journey into relaxation. Now let your imagination begin to transport you to a place of tranquility and peace.
