| 1:40.9 | and go ahead and make your way to standing up. Let's start with a big stretch. So wherever you are, whether you just got out of bed or if you've already started your day, |
| 2:05.0 | take a big inhale and reach your hands all the way to the sky. |
| 2:10.0 | Reach as far as you possibly can. |
| 2:18.0 | And on your exhale, fold forward at the waist. |
| 2:25.0 | And just let everything hang towards the ground, nice and easy. |
