All right, now let's go ahead and get started.

If you're joining us from bed, then take a deep breath in.

And as you exhale, roll over,

and go ahead and make your way to standing up. Let's start with a big stretch. So wherever you are, whether you just got out of bed or if you've already started your day,

take a big inhale and reach your hands all the way to the sky.

Reach as far as you possibly can.

And on your exhale, fold forward at the waist.

And just let everything hang towards the ground, nice and easy.

Remember to keep breathing here, even though you're relaxing into this stretch.

Now slowly begin to roll your way back up, all the way to standing.
