| 2:03.0 | You do whatever feels the most supportive for you as you begin your process by taking five purposeful deep breaths in through your nose breathing deep deep deep in and out through your mouth. |
| 2:24.0 | Continuing to do four more of those breaths in your own pacing, breathing in through your nose and then sighing out your mouth. |
| 2:54.0 | And if you feel at any time in this meditation that you want to jiggle or stretch or maybe rock your body from side to side or forward and back. |
| 3:23.0 | Then go ahead and do that. And as you just breathe in B, I'd like you to turn your awareness inward. |
| 3:36.0 | Just starting at the top of your head and kind of scanning downward and just noticing what you notice. |
| 3:49.0 | Do you notice thoughts coming and going? Do you notice a sense of a feeling or maybe it's just physical things you notice and that's fine too. |
| 4:03.0 | But as you move down, just see if you can name the thoughts, the underlying feeling or feelings. If there's physical discomfort, maybe naming it tension. |
