| 0:43.6 | Begin by finding a comfortable position. |
| 0:47.6 | You can sit with your back straight and your feet grounded on the floor, |
| 0:51.1 | or you can lay down if that feels much better for you. |
| 0:59.5 | Allow your hands to rest gently on your lap or by your sides, palms facing up, open to receive calm and release tension. |

| 1:06.4 | Start by bringing your attention to your breath. |
| 1:09.1 | Notice the natural rhythm of your inhale and exhale |
| 1:12.6 | without trying to change it. Stay there. Just observe your breath. Feel the air entering into |

| 1:28.8 | As you exhale, feel any tension or tightness in your body slowly beginning to melt away. |

| 1:43.1 | And this time as you exhale, imagine that you're releasing all of the heaviness that you've been carrying. |
| 1:49.5 | Everything that's been weighing on your mind, let it go in that breath. |
| 2:05.8 | Now gently bring to mind the expectations that have been overwhelming for you. |
| 2:09.7 | These could be expectations placed on you by others. |
| 2:14.1 | Family, friends, work, or even those you placed on yourself. |
