Summary

We are so glad you joined us here today for this guided meditation, that is made with love for you so that you can reduce stress and become completely relaxed. Being able to relax doesn't have to be difficult or take a long time. Relaxation and meditation is a very good method for managing physiological stress reactions, but can also have a positive effect on both emotional and behavioural parts.Β  Feeling stressed is something that most people experience at times in their lives. If the stress is short-lived, the body can often handle this on its own. In fact, short-term stress at the right level increases our performance. But if the stress becomes too strong and prolonged, we begin to experience negative consequences, which in turn are often exacerbated/intensified by the choices we make when we are stressed. We want to give you some practices and tools to help you to acknowledge, see and break negative stress spirals or anxiety. So that you can live a happier and more joyful life in mindfulness. https://meditatedaily.com Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
