So let's focus on what you want instead of what you don't want.

And open the floodgates of energy to flow to you. So let yourself settle, finding comfort within your body, and calm within your mind.

If your mind feels busy, become aware of your breathing

riding the waves of your exhale

and dissolving as they exit your body. Breathe out the to-does.
