1:04.8 | I invite you to take a nice, full deep in breath, filling the chest and the lungs and a slow out breath. |
1:15.4 | And with that out breath, really sense a letting go. |

1:27.0 | And a slow, smooth out breath letting go, letting go. |
1:35.3 | And again, breathing in fully, breathing in deeply. |
1:42.7 | Sensing with the out breath now that you can soften down the length of your body letting go, letting go. |
1:54.1 | And allowing the breath to resume in its natural rhythm. |
1:59.1 | Sensing the possibility as the breath comes in of opening to receive. |
2:06.0 | Even in a cellular way, like a balloon filling up, opening to receive. |
2:13.4 | And with the out breath, just that relaxing, the releasing. |
2:34.4 | You may continue to feel the breath and this receptivity and this releasing |
2:40.8 | as you gently scan through the body now. |
2:45.1 | Beginning with the area of the brow, the eyes, softening your eyes, letting the brow be smooth. |
2:55.9 | Sensing with each out breath that you can release any tightness or tension that might be there. |
3:10.9 | Letting the jaw be relaxed, slight smile at the mouth, releasing any tightness or tension in the area of the mouth. |
3:27.1 | Letting all the little micro muscles in the face settle, relax. |
3:38.1 | You might feel the scalp and the skull. |
