This week I was on a retreat a week long silent retreat so I didn't prepare a talk.

Instead I selected a talk that I'd given at a retreat some years ago and it looks at

the healing and the realization that's possible.

Really truly freeing our hearts as we deepen our practice.

As the saying goes, enlightenment is an accident and practice makes us accident prone.
