Summary

This 10-minute guided meditation will take you through a seven-step process to increase your manifestation success. It is an easy to follow creation process that includes the key steps in creation, using energy centers of the body to bring the creation down through you and into your reality.   Many other manifestation strategies don't work well, as they are missing key elements to bring forth your desired creation. Let's begin by taking a moment to center ourselves.

Uncross your legs and your arms and your hands and find a comfortable place to sit or lie down, a place where you feel supported and you can truly let go.

Allow your mind to go wherever it wants to go find that very thing that you're longing for that you want to bring into your life. Your heart's desire. Allow your mind to go there

See yourself in a movie with your very creation as if it's already happened. It can be anything you want, whether it be health-related or money, an object, a thing, a car, a house, it doesn't matter, a new relationship.
