We begin this meditation, either lying down or sitting down with your feet on the floor or Indian style.

And we take a breath.

Very slowly, feet and breathing.

Uncrossing your hands and your feet.

And breathing. Taking several breaths in and now we begin to relax.

Notice the cushion or the surface the air on. Notice how supported and feel. You're completely supported. You can let go.
