| 0:00.0 | And the Oh, And then. This is both a meditation and a prayer to assist us in severing old dysfunctional relationships and patterns, |

| 0:55.0 | We begin by taking a breath. Within ourselves are parts of us that blame, resent, hold on to anger, rage, and even unforgiveness. |
| 1:15.0 | These emotions keep me stuck and small. |
| 1:20.0 | These emotions are holding me hostage, keeping part of me in a negative place, |
| 1:27.0 | disallowing me from stepping into my authentic self and living from my true self, my highest self. |
| 1:34.0 | Today I am choosing to let these emotions all go. |
| 1:38.0 | Unvailing more of my true self. |
| 1:45.0 | This part of me knows that these emotions do not serve me and they hold me back. |
| 1:52.0 | Take a breath. I choose now to release these emotions, people and circumstances that are keeping me tied to the past. |
| 2:05.0 | I ask for my guides, teachers, and other beings of the highest light to please come in |
| 2:12.0 | and assist with this process. In my mind's eye I |
| 2:19.7 | I visualize the person that is in the past or presently bringing up pain for me or any other |
| 2:29.6 | negative emotion. As I see this person standing in front of me, I notice the energetic chords that are attaching us. |
| 2:48.2 | There could be a few or even hundreds, |
| 2:50.5 | all sizes, some thick and some thin. |
| 2:53.0 | Take a moment to visualize these cords. |
| 2:56.0 | If you can't see them, imagine what they might look like. Take a deep breath. I choose to be set free from this person to develop a new relationship with them. |
| 3:20.0 | I choose to experience a higher connection with them, one of the heart, one of love, one of compassion. |
| 3:30.0 | In your mind or out loud say I thank you. I love you and I forgive you as you look at this person. I thank you, I love you and I forgive you. |
| 3:50.7 | And choose to move on and let go of the past and start a new. |
| 3:57.0 | As you see these chords, imagine any object that you wish to use to cut these chords, |
