Summary
Carrying around feelings of blame, shame, anger, sadness, or apathy from un-forgiveness can be incredibly heavy on us. This forgiveness meditation will help you to gain a new perspective with the person or event that has made you feel stuck and unable to move on. During this meditation, we cut cords, relieving us of the heavy burden we have been carrying and let go of the energy of the pain. In the end, we find ourselves transformed, lighter, and ready to move on.

| 2:06.0 | As you look at this person standing in front of you, notice the emotions that begin to rise up within you. |
| 2:22.0 | This is all okay. Allow yourself to feel these emotions rise up and use |
| 2:31.8 | your breath to release them. |
| 2:35.0 | Let these emotions move through you. |
| 2:40.0 | Let's take some deep breaths now as these emotions rise up and move through. Notice deep within you any resentments, anger, blame, and any other emotions that you might have been tucking down deep inside of you. |
| 3:17.0 | Using your breath, let's loosen these emotions and release them into the air with your breath. As you, if there are this person standing in front of you if there are any words allow |
| 3:48.1 | yourself to speak these words now what would you like this person to know? |
| 3:55.0 | It's time to get it all out. |
| 3:59.0 | Do so now. Do not hold back. |
| 4:05.0 | Speak out loud if you choose. |
| 4:09.0 | And let the energy of your words leave your body with your voice and your breath. |
