Summary
Many of us grow up learning to please others, to give up our personal space to ensure others are ok before ourselves. We violate our personal space and drop our boundaries in order to not offend others, maybe we walk on eggshells, attempting to keep the peace, forgetting we are betraying ourselves in the process. This meditation is to teach others how we want to be treated. It's a meditation that re-programs our misbeliefs about ourselves and helps us to learn how to improve our sense of self and how to set boundaries.

| 0:17.0 | It is time for me to regain my inner strength, to remember who I am, and to own my space. I intend to learn now how to teach others how I want to be treated. |

| 1:19.8 | In this moment, we recall the definition of a boundary. A boundary simply teaches others how we want to be treated. |

| 1:32.0 | Breathing deeply, slowing down even more. To set a boundary we must regain our sense of self? Do I have a clear idea of who I am, where I am in relation to others? |

| 2:15.0 | We must begin to realize these things and where are spaces. |
| 2:22.0 | What's okay and not okay with me? |
| 2:27.0 | Do I put others needs and desires before mine? |
| 2:33.0 | Taking a deep breath in. |

| 2:48.0 | Clearing the mind, listen to these statements about yourself and allow the to mind, listen to these statements about yourself and allow the truth of them to resonate with your being at the deepest level. |
| 3:02.0 | I matter. I'm willing to take up space. |
| 3:11.0 | I have limits and I express them. |
| 3:15.0 | I am aware of my personal space and no one is being violated in any way. |
| 3:25.0 | I am willing to take care of myself. |
| 3:30.0 | I have wants and desires and am learning what they are. |
